We shall be celebrating our 260th anniversary on September 17, 2015 #vintagefriday will take you through the great dates having made up our history and today a very important one as it is in 1819 that Francois-Constantin joins Jacques Barthelemi Vacheron and the name of the company is changed to Vacheron &Constantin. The same year Constantin in a letter to Vacheron writes what is still our motto today: "Do better if possible and that is always possible"
