Italy: 7 Breguet inventions under the spotlight
On September 27th and 28th, the exhibition “Breguet, innovations that wrote History” was presented in one of the most beautiful Italian cities, Florence. In the historical salon of a prestigious hotel, Breguet recounted the creation of 7 of its decisive inventions through different experimental showcases designed to awaken the senses and spark curiosity. Both educational and interactive, this exhibition lets guests discover inventions such as the Tourbillon, the silicon hair-springs, the magnetic regulator, the high-frequency movements and the magnetic pivot, to mention only those four. Won over by this captivating immersion in the Breguet "high-tech" world, guests enjoyed a gastronomic dinner at “Palazzo Capponi”, a 15th century palace in the heart of Florence, on the banks of the Arno river.
