On Saturday, October 15th, 2014 Breguet paid tribute to Louis-Charles Breguet - great aviation pioneer and direct descendant of the master watchmaker Abraham-Louis Breguet - in Bergamo, Italy. The event was hosted in partnership with the renowned Italian retailer Gioielleria Cornali and guest enjoyed an evening around the remarkable Type XX, XXI and XXII collections. Designed in the 1950s for the French naval air arm, the Type XX chronographs return to the Breguet collection in a civilian version fitted with a self-winding movement.
