Breguet welcomed the 2014 Basel novelties with a cocktail reception for VIPs at the world-renown St. Regis Hotel in Bal Harbour. Guests enjoyed a delicious menu of culinary delights, refined wines, live music and an ocean front view of Miami.
In addition to the exquisite novelties, the evening was also highlighted by the unveiling of three rare and historic timepieces from the 1800’s owned by Russian Nobility, including the n°3825, a pedometer belonging to Tsar Alexander I in 1822. To learn more, please visit: www.breguet.com

At the occasion of the festival “Thurn und Taxis Schlossfestspiele”, Breguet and its retailer Bucherer organized an exclusive experience for some of their clients at the Palace of St. Emmeram, in Bavaria. Right after a guided tour of the castle, guests were personally greeted by Princess Mariae Gloria von Thurn und Taxis and could enjoy a presentation of a the Breguet collection – framed by a cocktail - and Gala dinner. Introducing the Traditionnelle World Time Collection Excellence Platine.
This self-winding watch indicates the 37 world time zones – including those offset by a half-hour or a quarter-hour – thanks to Vacheron Constantin Calibre 2460 WT which is protected by three patents: for the indication of 37 time zones, for the day/night indication, and for crown-operated adjustments.
Its 42.50 mm-diameter case is made of 950 platinum, as are its dial and its folding clasp. This timepiece, bearing the prestigious Hallmark of Geneva, is issued in a 100-piece limited edition and will be unveiled at the Watches &Wonders salon in Hong Kong (Sept 29-Oct 2, 2014)
